They're my girls!
How is it that my 7-year-old gets a full nail set before her 34-year-old mother? Answer: Some generous grandparents and an out-of-control nail-biting habit. We have been trying for months going into years now to help Kaylee break this habit, and since Grandma and Grandpa Wadley gave us some money for Kaylee's Christmas I thought, hmmm. Turns out, she loved the whole experience and I dread the day when they start to come off and she wants new ones...birthday money, anyone??!! I should have taken a before and after...her poor nails are down to nubs. So, this is just another of many tricks...hopefully this one will work! In the meantime, they do look so much better, if not a bit pageantesque for a 7-year-old. Enjoy the glam while you can little one! :)

I noticed the fancy nails but, didn't even think about the rationale behind the salon trip...good one! I hope it works out and I bet it will. Afterall how can there be any turning back after having such glamourous gorgeousness!?!!?!
Too cute da! I didn't know they were fake. I thought it was just a manicure. What a dollface. Hope it helps kick the habit.
Very glamorous! Tell her I'm jealous. When I bit my nails, I got "prizes" for each week I didn't bite them. Such a people-pleaser I was...I still remember going to the store and picking out lip gloss!
